Bob Muir OBE
Bob joined the QBBF in 1992 as a founding member and has served on the Committee in the roles of Events' Secretary, Vice Chairman and most recently as Chairman from 2000 to 2006 and 2008 to the present day. Bob holds a senior position with one of the large family owned groups in Qatar.

Emad Turkman MBE
Emad joined the QBBF in 1995 having been a member of the Riyadh British Businessmen Group since 1990. He has been on the committee for 9 years and has been Vice Chairman for the last 4 years. He has been the CEO of the Rumaillah Group in Qatar since 1995 and is the Chairman of the Board of Governors of DESS.
Abdul Hakeem Mostafawi

Abdul Hakeem Mostafawi
Abdul Hakeem Mostafawi assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Bank Middle East Qatar in October 2008. He is the first Qatari national appointed in this position. His 21 years of overall banking experience include roles in Corporate, Commercial and Retail banking with HSBC in Qatar.

Mark moved to Doha as Director of Trade and Investment in September 2008. Previous to this he was working in Dubai as Deputy Head of Trade and Investment.

David Salt is a Partner with the international law firm Clyde & Co and manager of the Qatar office.
Gary Mond

Gary Mond
Gary has lived in Qatar since 1995 and has also worked in Kuwait and the UAE. Gary has held senior positions in Banking and Finance and currently is the Retail Banking Advisor to Barwa Bank. He has been a member of the QBBF Committee since 1998 where he has held Chair and Vice Chair positions.

Ian Shaw
Ian joined the QBBF in 2004 and has been on the committee for the last 3 years. He plays an active part in many community events and is currently focusing on developing the Business Breakfasts initiative. Ian is currently Country Manager - Qatar for Action International Services.
Rosemary Dyer

Rosemary Dyer
Rosemary arrived in Qatar with her family in the summer of 2000. She joined the QBBF in October 2009 and is responsible for the day to day running of the office business and membership enquiries.

Michelle Parcell
Michelle is the Office Manager for CBSbutler has been an active QBBF member for 6 years and now looking forward to her first year serving on the QBBF Committee.
Mark Leppard

Mark Leppard
Mark has lived in Qatar since 1996 and joined the QBBF in 2007. He has been Principal of Doha College for 4 years and this is his first year on the committee.
